| I am a Realtor that actually enjoys the entire business of real estate. I first got into real estate by purchasing investment properties. Soon I was helping friends and family buy their houses and eventually decided that real estate is what I wanted to do. I have a very diverse background having worked in all aspects of law enforcement from patrol, to vice and narcotics, to criminal investigations. I have worked and volunteered countless hours at our local YMCAs organizing and directing youth and adult sports programs. I am a Gaston County native and with my law enforcement experiences know Belmont and Gaston County extremely well. My wife and I have personal experience buying older homes and new construction and know what problems you may encounter with each.
