Thelma Whisnant has been active in real estate since 1977. In addition to being co-owner in Black & Whisnant Properties, she has an active business in real estate sales.
Her philosophy is that you should give back to the community. She is past president of the Gaston Board of Realtors, active in The Evening Optimist Club of Gastonia and her church,
Zion Baptist Church.
A graduate of the The Realtors Institute at Chapel Hill, she and her licensed assistant, Lisa Isenhour are available for all of your real estate needs. As a life-long resident of Gastonia, she is committed to eliminating as much stress as possible in the sale or purchase of your home.
